As moms, we often feel we are falling short or screwing up—never doing a good job at anything. We often find the reality of motherhood is bringing out the worst in us, not the best. WTF!

Here’s the even better news. By learning how to meditate, and how to use what you learn in meditation during your day to day life, you will become the mom you dream of being.
Meditation for Moms is all about you.

- It’s not about blaming anyone—it’s about becoming less reactive.
- It’s not about parenting—although it definitely makes us better parents.
Meditation for moms is about getting off your own case. It’s about neutralizing that inner critic and being your own best friend. It’s about becoming more aware and using that awareness to improve your life.
In each class you learn how to use the tools meditation provides to become less reactive, less stressed, less overwhelmed, and less angry. You learn how to use meditation to break long-standing patterns and replace them with calm, kindness, patience, wisdom, compassion and happiness.
Does it work? Well our families think so!
