Join us for this friendly, easy going, deep and rich Group Meditation. Meditating even once a week makes a real difference! Traditionally, group meditations are an integral part of any practice. Why? Because meditating together creates a field that enhances everyone’s experience. Join us to help revive your personal practice or to reap the unique benefits that come from meditating with a group of like-minded individuals.
Previous meditation experience is recommended, but not necessary, for this class. Which simply means:
- You know how to keep your body comfortable and are comfortable taking care of your needs.
- You know how to bring your mind back when it wanders without being reminded.
- You can sit with a technique for five to ten minutes in the silence.
If you have never meditated before, you might consider taking the Beginning Meditation Class to learn some of the basic techniques used in the group meditation.
You will receive the link in your email receipt and, series attendees will also receive the link 15-30 minutes before each class starts. We are using the zoom.us platform. It’s super easy! Just click on the link, you will be prompted to download the app to your device (phone, tablet, or computer) if you don’t already have it. It only takes a minute or so to download.
