Our Group Meditation Classes weave meditation, reflection, stories and teachings, into a rich, soul-filling experience.
The goal of all our Summer Classes is to give you a place of refuge during these unprecedented times. The techniques and teachings have been chosen to help you rise above feelings of fear, confusion, despair, judgment and/or catastrophic thinking. By the end of each class you will reconnect with feelings of calm, equanimity, compassion and grace, so you can become a blessing both to yourself, and others.

Group meditation is a great way to find the calm, centering, and clarity, that allows you to handle the rest of your week with wisdom and ease.

Join us for this relaxing, uplifting, calming, centering, daytime group meditation. Meditating even once a week will make a noticeable difference in your ability to handle whatever life brings your way.

This class teaches the same meditation techniques as our other group meditations but through a slightly different lens: feeling a connection with god, a higher power, or something greater than you. The class is open to people in recovery and those who are looking for a more spiritual approach to their meditation practice.
Meditation for Moms

Join us Online! Take some time to fill your own cup and return to your families replenished and with a new perspective to help you navigate your world with equanimity and wisdom. Each week we gain new tools to help us become the moms we want to be.

Each year we hold several Special Events including our: Summer Solstice Meditation, Forgiveness Ritual, Blessing for the Departed, Thanksgiving Meditation, and our Winter Solstice Meditation.
