Yoga for Meditators

We offer two kinds of yoga classes designed to support and enhance your meditation practice. Release, Align, Rejuvenate is offered three times a week and breaks down individual poses into digestible parts, emphasizing alignment and mindful movement. Body and Breath offered just once a week is geared for those who prefer working with supported poses to deepen meditative awareness and bring dynamic attention and discovery to both body and breath..
